Youth Leadership Program Kicks Off

SAN ILDEFONSO, BULACAN — A youth leadership program involving more than 80 students began this week, focusing on leadership skills, governance awareness, and community participation.
Organizers hope the initiative will encourage young people to become more engaged in public service and local development projects.
